Good lighting is the difference between a space people walk past and a space people walk into. Cobblestone Creative designs, makes and installs lighting from our 1,400 sqft workshop in Leith — for shops, restaurants, venues, exhibitions and events across Edinburgh and Scotland.
We're not an electrical wholesaler with a catalogue. We're a fabrication workshop with lasers, 3D printers, a woodshop and a CNC — which means the fitting, the mount, the diffuser and the sign around it can all be designed and made under one roof, as one job.
What we do
- Bespoke light fittings — one-off luminaires, feature lights and lamps in wood, brass, acrylic and 3D-printed components.
- Illuminated signage — backlit and edge-lit signs, lightboxes and dimensional letters with integrated LED.
- Event and exhibition lighting — design, build and install for stands, sets, activations and venues.
- Interior and retail lighting — feature and display lighting that makes products, menus and interiors read properly.
Design and making, together
Most lighting projects fail in the gap between the person who designs it and the person who has to build it. We close that gap. The same team that sketches your fitting also cuts the acrylic, prints the diffuser, finishes the timber and stands on the ladder at install. If something needs adjusting on site, we adjust it on site.
The electrical bit, honestly
We design, build and fit. For anything that connects to the mains, we work with a qualified partner electrician who handles the connection and certification. Low-voltage LED and plug-in fittings we handle end to end. Either way, you get one point of contact — us.
