Bespoke Design

If you've got an idea for something that doesn't exist yet, we've got a workshop that can make it real.

What we offer

Custom work from our Edinburgh workshop

We take on a small number of bespoke commissions alongside our brand production.

If you want something made from solid materials, designed to your specification, and built with the same machines and care we put into our own products — we'd like to hear about it.

We've worked on personalised gifts, custom furniture pieces, one-off prototypes, and things that don't fit neatly into any category.

If it involves wood, metal, acrylic, or a combination, and you want it made by hand in Edinburgh, we're the right workshop.

How it works

The process

  • Step 1 — Tell us what you're thinking.

Fill out the form below or send us an email. A sketch, a photo of something similar, or just a description — whatever you have. We'll get back to you within a few days.

  • Step 2 — We'll design it together.

We'll draw up a concept, agree on materials and dimensions, and give you a clear price. No surprises.

  • Step 3 — We'll prototype it.

For complex pieces, we'll make a test version first — 3D printed or cut from sample material — so you can hold it and say yes before we commit to the final material.

  • Step 4 — We'll make it.

Production in our workshop. We'll send progress photos along the way.

  • Step 5 — We'll deliver it.

Finished, packaged, and shipped to you — or you can collect from the workshop.

Pricing

What does it cost?

Every commission is different, so we quote per project. As a rough guide: simple personalised items (engraved chopping boards, laser-cut gifts) start around £50–£100. Custom furniture pieces start around £250 but can go up substantially depending on materials and complexity. We'll always give you a price before we start.
