Edinburgh Design Workshop | Handcrafted Furniture, Edinburgh
Built by hand. Run from Edinburgh.
Cobblestone Creative is a design workshop making handcrafted furniture and accessories across two distinct brands — all from a 1,400 sqft workshop in the heart of Edinburgh.
What we make
Everything we make starts on the same workbench. Mahogany trays and brass fittings for Ash & Grain. Birch plywood step stools for Tog & Twig. Each brand has its own identity, its own audience, and its own reason for existing — but they all share the same Edinburgh workshop, the same machines, and the same two pairs of hands.

We offer a wide range of bespoke design services and professional business solutions.
What we offer
Bespoke Design
Custom work from our Edinburgh workshop
We take on a small number of bespoke commissions alongside our brand production.
If you want something made from solid materials, designed to your specification, and built with the same machines and care we put into our own products — we'd like to hear about it.
We've worked on personalised gifts, custom furniture pieces, one-off prototypes, and things that don't fit neatly into any category.
If it involves wood, metal, acrylic, or a combination, and you want it made by hand in Edinburgh, we're the right workshop.
What we can do
Business Services
Workshop capabilities for hire
We run serious equipment in a professional workshop — and when we have capacity, we make it available to other businesses.
Whether you need a prototype cut, a production run of laser-engraved components, or a one-off fabrication project, we can help.
This isn't a print shop. We work best with businesses that need craft-quality output from digital fabrication tools, and who value working with a small team that will actually care about the result.
The workshop
1,400 square feet of making things properly.
Our Edinburgh workshop runs three lasers, two 3D printers, a full woodworking setup, and a CNC that can handle sheets up to 2.4 metres. We design, prototype, and produce everything in-house — from first sketch to final finish. If you can draw it, we can probably make it.
