Wood & MDF
Birch ply, oak veneer, solid hardwoods, bamboo, MDF. Clean edges, minimal charring. Up to 9mm on the CO2. Thicker stock goes to our CNC router.
Acrylic & Plastics
Clear, coloured, frosted, mirrored acrylic with polished edges straight off the machine. Also Delrin, PETG, and other laser-safe plastics.
Paper & Card
Wedding invitations to packaging prototypes. 80gsm paper through to thick greyboard and canvas. No distortion.
Fabric & Textiles
Pattern cutting, intricate detail work, sealed edges on synthetics. Faster and more precise than die-cutting for short runs.
Metal
Fibre laser marking and engraving on stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium. The 100W MOPA does colour marking on stainless — blacks, blues, golds — without surface damage.
